Each title can be purchased according to the explanatory path of the site.
Each title can be signed after a license agreement based on proposals made by a phonograph editor.
Each musical work may be signed based on proposals made by a music publisher .
The Customer is a natural or legal person at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity or holds parental authorization to perform a contract or purchase order on the site. Registration will contact the site.
The customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of required data submitted. The entity ADIVA PRODUCTION reserves the right to cancel any order if the IP address of the client is domiciled in a country different from the billing address .
All musical works purchased are deposited with a French collective management society . Accordingly, all public broadcasts must be reported to the relevant collecting societies .
The products offered for sale are described on the Site. ADIVA PRODUCTION takes great care in the presentation and description of these products to better satisfy the customer. However, it is possible that hypothetical errors contained in the site content , the Customer acknowledges and accepts these errors in the digital signature check by a bar ( a tick ) in the case of the terms of conditions of sale.
Taking orders on the website is subject to compliance with the procedure established by ADIVA PRODUCTION embodied in a series of steps that the client must follow to validate the order. Product prices are indicated in euros or dollars , taxes included .
The total price of the order (taxes ) is shown in the cart.
ADIVA PRODUCTION reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of registration of the order , subject to availability .

Products are payable on the day of the order.

3 . The data recorded and stored by ADIVA PRODUCTION constitute proof of the order and all transactions . The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
Any order implies full acceptance by the customer to the terms and conditions of sale . These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute , the French courts ( Nimes ) are competent. In case of problem or complaint on the occasion of an order, the customer can call Customer Service to find an amicable solution.
